Welcome — I’m Sonya, a licensed massage therapist and the heart behind Serenity with Sonya LLC. For the past two years, I’ve been honored to hold space for healing with intuitive, soul-centered care. My practice offers a range of therapeutic services including relaxation massage, therapeutic/deep tissue work, lymphatic massage, cupping therapy, and Vibrational Sound Therapy. Each modality is thoughtfully integrated to support your physical recovery, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance. I believe the body holds deep wisdom — and through skilled touch, we can access that wisdom to release tension, process stored emotion, and promote holistic healing. Whether you’re navigating chronic pain, post-surgical healing, emotional stress, or simply in need of stillness, I tailor each session with compassion, presence, and clinical intention.
